What do we do to walk the talk
Manifesto
The Savics Manifesto drives our behaviors. It plays the wise guy that we consult when we wonder what to do, how to act, or what we can do. Every Savics employee, consultant, shareholder or advisor needs to agree with it, must sign it, and integrate it into his/her daily life.
SELF-MANAGED ORGANIzATION
Savics is a horizontal organization where each person has a voice. Team are self-managed, employees are mentored to become entrepreneurs.
Radical transparency
We support full transparency in everything we do. From salaries to meeting minutes, from strategies to contracts.
This helps people to take ownership of their actions, facilitates the collaboration between teams and allows the information flow without having to build any specific channels.
CO2 neutral company
We are a CO2 neutral company since January 1st 2019. We believe that there is no other solution than respecting our ecosystem.
Diversity
Cultural and gender diversity are foundational to our company. Diversity fosters dialog and collaboration. Employees at Savics come from the countries we work in. While we recognize there is still progress to make, here is how far we have come:
- 68% of our team members are based in Africa. Our target is to be above 80%.
- 25% of our staff are women. We have a long way to go to reach parity.
remote work
100% of the Savics team works remotely. We did not wait for the COVID-19 pandemic to do so. We have operated like this since day 1. There is no obligation to do so, people are free to choose where they wish to work as long as they remain accessible.
